迎接联合国80周年庆典，共谋全球可持续发展新路径——联合国环境署主要非政府组织世界和谐基金会、联合国国际生态生命科学院在嘉兴成功举办碳中和与水保护国际论坛

　　上午9时，论坛在庄严的氛围中拉开帷幕。前联合国经社理事会（ECOSOC可再生能源、海洋经济与科学技术事务部主任、世界和谐基金会副主席LarryNeuman通过视频连线发表开幕致辞。他指出："当前全球气候变化形势严峻，需要各国政府、企业和民间社会通力合作。中国在碳中和领域的实践为世界提供了宝贵经验。"

　　在主旨演讲环节，多位重量级专家分享了前沿观点和实践经验。

　　世界和谐基金会共同主席、中国水利与地质科学家、联合国国际生态生命科学院中国院长龚巧玉院士在“水资源可持续管理与产业融合发展”的演讲中，系统阐述了中国水资源管理的创新模式。她特别介绍了嘉兴"五水共治"经验，强调："通过智慧水务系统和产业协同，我们完全可以在保障经济发展的同时实现水资源可持续利用。"龚主席还特别自豪的公布：由她与世界和谐基金会引进的“世界和平公园”与陈香梅基金合作，已经落地新疆！

　　联合国国际生态生命科学院院士李青山发表的“健康长寿工程”主题报告引发热烈反响。他提出："环境保护与人类健康息息相关，我们要建立从源头预防到末端治理的全生命周期健康保护体系。"这一理念与本次论坛的主题高度契合。

　　美国马里兰国立大学教授刘泽珙在“世界生产力与乡村振兴”演讲中，分享了数字技术赋能乡村发展的国际经验。他特别点赞了中国乡村振兴战略，认为："绿色生产力是未来全球竞争的关键，中国在这方面已经走在前列。"
