马中文化教育协会携手新加坡音乐与艺术协会 推动马新中文化艺术合作 开启区域文化发展新篇章
本社马来西亚分社讯(世界通讯社社长郝江华 推荐，中国国际新闻杂志社马来西亚记者叶羿馪 报道)马中文化教育协会将与新加坡音乐与艺术协会进一步深化合作，并在接下来配合举办至少三项横跨马来西亚、新加坡与中国文化艺术交流的活动，为区域文化艺术合作开拓更宽广的平台。
有关活动分别是《陶艺五色献心华》展览、AI音乐圆桌会，以及新马中流行音乐教育论坛，内容涵盖陶瓷艺术、花艺美学、人工智能音乐、流行音乐教育及跨国艺术人才交流等领域。
两个协会声明，文化艺术的力量往往是温柔而深远的。它不一定以宏大的语言出现，却能在一件作品、一首歌曲、一场展览、一段对话之中，拉近人与人之间的距离。在全球越来越需要理解、包容与合作的今天，文化艺术交流更显重要。它能让不同国家、不同世代、不同背景的人，在美与创意之中找到共同语言。
马来西亚有多元文化的厚度，新加坡有国际平台的敏捷，中国有深厚文明与庞大创新动能。若三方能以文化艺术为桥，教育交流为本，青年培育为方向，未来必定能开创更多有温度、有深度、有影响力的合作成果。
KUALA LUMPUR – The Malaysia-China Culture and Education Association (MCCEA) will deepen its collaboration with the Music And Arts Association of Singapore (MAAS), jointly organizing at least three events spanning Malaysia, Singapore, and China to promote cultural and artistic exchange across the region.
The upcoming events include the "I-Hana Earth’s Expressions In WooSee" Exhibition, an AI Music Roundtable Forum, and the Malaysia-Singapore-China Popular Music Education Forum. These activities will showcase ceramic art, floral aesthetics, artificial intelligence in music, popular music education, and cross-cultural artistic talent exchange.
Both associations have declared that the power of culture and arts is often gentle yet profound. It may not always be expressed through grand rhetoric, yet it can narrow the distances between people through artworks, songs, exhibitions, and dialogue. In today's increasingly interconnected world demanding greater understanding, tolerance, and cooperation, cultural and artistic exchange is more important than ever. It enables people from different nations, generations, and backgrounds to find common ground in beauty and creativity.
Malaysia possesses the depth of multicultural diversity, Singapore showcases the agility of an international platform, and China boasts profound civilization and tremendous innovation dynamism. Should these three parties work together using culture and art as a bridge, educational exchange as the foundation, and youth development as the direction, the future will undoubtedly yield more meaningful, substantive, and impactful collaboration outcomes.

马中文化教育协会会长王康泰日前在吉隆坡与新加坡音乐与艺术协会会长祁哲泉会面，双方就两个协会未来在文化、艺术、教育、音乐及青年交流方面的合作方向进行深入洽谈，并达致多项合作共识。
王康泰指出，文化与艺术是跨越语言、地域与制度差异的重要桥樑，也是促进民心相通、文明互鉴及区域友好的柔性力量。马中文化教育协会未来将不只是推动马中之间的文化教育交流，也希望进一步连接新加坡、中国及东南亚各地的文化艺术力量，形成更具国际视野与时代意义的合作网络。
"马来西亚与新加坡同处多元文化社会，两地在华文教育、流行音乐、艺术创作、文化传承及青年培育方面，都有深厚基础与相近经验；而中国则拥有庞大的文化资源、艺术市场、科技平台与创新动能。若三方能在文化艺术领域形成互补合作，将能为区域文化发展注入新的生命力。"

Wong emphasized that culture and art are vital bridges transcending language, geography, and institutional boundaries. They serve as soft power to promote mutual understanding, civilizational exchange, and regional harmony. MCCEA will not only advance cultural and educational exchange between Malaysia and China but also hopes to connect cultural and artistic forces across Singapore, China, and Southeast Asia, fostering a collaboration network with greater international vision and contemporary significance.
"Malaysia and Singapore, both multicultural societies, share deep foundations and similar experiences in Chinese language education, popular music, artistic creation, cultural heritage, and youth development. China, in turn, possesses abundant cultural resources, artistic markets, technological platforms, and innovation potential. If the three parties form complementary collaboration in the cultural and artistic field, it will inject new vitality into the region's cultural development," said Wong.

新加坡音乐与艺术协会会长祁哲泉则指出，文化艺术无国界，真正优秀的艺术交流，能够超越国家边界、世代差异与文化背景，让人们在美感、思想与情感上产生共鸣。
本身也是资深与着名新谣及流行音乐人的他说，新加坡音乐与艺术协会长期致力于推动音乐、艺术及跨界文化活动，并希望与马中文化教育协会携手，把更多具有深度、创意与国际元素的项目带到马来西亚、新加坡及更广泛的区域平台。
"艺术的可贵之处，在于它能让不同背景的人坐在一起，以开放的心态对话、理解及合作。无论是陶艺与花艺的跨界结合，还是AI音乐与流行音乐教育的探讨，都代表着文化艺术正在不断突破原有边界，迈向更丰富与多元的发展方向。"
Colin Qi, President of the Music And Arts Association of Singapore, emphasized that culture and art know no boundaries. Truly excellent artistic exchange can transcend national borders, generational differences, and cultural backgrounds, enabling people to resonate emotionally, intellectually, and aesthetically.
A veteran and renowned contemporary and popular music artist himself, Qi highlighted that MAAS has long been dedicated to promoting music, arts, and cross-disciplinary cultural activities. "We look forward to partnering with MCCEA to bring more depth, creativity, and international elements to Malaysia, Singapore, and the broader regional platform," he said.
"The value of art lies in its ability to bring people of different backgrounds together to dialogue, understand, and collaborate with openness. Whether it's the cross-disciplinary fusion of ceramic and floral art or the exploration of AI music alongside popular music education, these represent culture and art continuously breaking traditional boundaries and moving toward richer, more diverse development," Qi added

霹雳美学体操协会会长暨联合国教科文专员叶羿馪女士表示，这次三方合作具有深远的战略意义，完全符合联合国教科文组织推动可持续发展与文化多样性保护的核心使命。
"美学不仅仅是艺术的表现形式，更是一种生活哲学与教育方法。无论是陶艺的泥土之美、花艺的自然和谐，还是音乐的情感传递，这些都是在培育年轻人的审美素养、创意思维与跨文化理解能力。"叶羿馪强调，"当我们谈到美学体操时，我们强调的正是身体、艺术与心灵的和谐统一。同样，这次马新中文化艺术合作的核心，就是通过文化交流实现人心相通。"
她指出，青年是未来的文化使者与创意领袖。"教育交流为本、青年培育为方向"这样的合作理念恰恰抓住了时代的需要。我们需要让更多年轻人有机会接触不同文化背景下的艺术形式、学习国际化的教学方法、建立跨地域的创意网络。这不仅能提升他们的专业技能，更重要的是，能够在他们心中种下尊重差异、拥抱包容的种子。
叶羿馪女士补充，"马来西亚的多元文化优势、新加坡的国际化视野、中国的创新动能，三方结合起来，我们完全有能力创造出具有国际竞争力、富有文化深度、兼具教育意义的艺术项目。这样的合作，最终受益者将是千千万万渴望追求艺术梦想的年轻人。我荣幸能够见证这样一个美好的起点，也期待这个合作能够为整个区域文化教育事业带来蓬勃的生机。"
Ms. Yap Lee Peng, President of the Perak Aesthetic Gymnastics Association and UNESCO Commissioner, expressed that this tripartite collaboration carries profound strategic significance and fully aligns with UNESCO's core mission of promoting sustainable development and safeguarding cultural diversity.
"Aesthetics is not merely an art form; it is a philosophy of life and an educational methodology. Whether it's the earthy beauty of ceramic art, the natural harmony of floral art, or the emotional transmission of music, these all cultivate young people's aesthetic appreciation, creative thinking, and cross-cultural understanding," Yap emphasized. "When we speak of aesthetic gymnastics, we emphasize the harmonious unity of body, art, and spirit. Similarly, the essence of this Malaysia-Singapore-China cultural and artistic collaboration is achieving human connection through cultural exchange."
She pointed out that youth are the future cultural ambassadors and creative leaders. "Educational exchange as the foundation and youth development as the direction—this collaborative philosophy captures the needs of our time. We must provide more young people opportunities to engage with art forms from different cultural backgrounds, learn internationally-oriented teaching methods, and establish cross-border creative networks. This not only enhances their professional skills but, more importantly, plants seeds of respect for diversity and embrace of inclusivity in their hearts."
Yap further noted, "Malaysia's multicultural strengths, Singapore's international vision, and China's innovation dynamism—when combined, we possess the full capacity to create art projects with international competitiveness, cultural depth, and educational significance. This collaboration's ultimate beneficiaries will be countless young people with dreams of pursuing artistic careers. I am honored to witness this wonderful beginning and look forward to this collaboration bringing vigorous vitality to the entire region's cultural education endeavors."

《陶艺五色献心华》展览 破天荒跨界对话
"I-Hana Earth’s Expressions In WooSee" Exhibition: An Unprecedented Cross-Disciplinary Dialogue
接下来，首个合作推广活动将是由新加坡音乐与艺术协会主办的《陶艺五色献心华》展览，并由马中文化教育协会与霹雳美学体操协会联合推广。活动将于8月7日至9日，在WooSee Fine Art开展。
在陶瓷艺术领域深耕三十馀载的马来西亚陶艺家梁志贤（Leong Chee Yeng），将首次与新加坡资深花艺大师林涟康（David Lim）携手，展开一场陶艺与花艺之间的破天荒跨界对话。本次展览由WooSee Fine Art画廊董事许文豪（Harvey Hui），联同新加坡音乐与艺术协会会长祁哲泉（Colin Qi）共同策划。该画廊也是国际知名画家刘岱松博士（Dr. Allison Liu）的专属艺术画廊，为本次展览奠定了浓厚的国际艺术底蕴与专业策展基础。
《陶艺五色献心华》展览具有特殊意义，因为陶艺象徵土地、根基与时间的沉淀，花艺则象徵生命、情感与自然之美。两者的结合，不只是媒材之间的碰撞，也象徵传统与当代、马来西亚与新加坡、艺术家与观众之间的深度交流。
The first collaborative activity will be the "I-Hana Earth’s Expressions In WooSee" Exhibition, organized by the Music And Arts Association of Singapore and jointly promoted by MCCEA and the Perak Aesthetic Gymnastics Association. The exhibition will be held from August 7-9 at WooSee Fine Art.
Leong Chee Yeng (梁志贤), a Malaysian ceramic artist with over three decades of experience in ceramic art, will collaborate for the first time with David Lim (林涟康), a renowned Singapore-based floral artist, in an unprecedented cross-disciplinary dialogue between ceramic and floral art. The exhibition is jointly curated by Harvey Hui (许文豪), Director of WooSee Fine Art Gallery, and Colin Qi (祁哲泉). WooSee Fine Art is also the exclusive art gallery of Dr. Allison Liu (刘岱松博士), an internationally renowned artist, establishing a strong foundation of international artistic heritage and professional curation for this exhibition.
The exhibition holds special significance: ceramic art symbolizes earth, roots, and the accumulation of time, while floral art symbolizes life, emotion, and natural beauty. Their combination represents not merely a collision of media but also embodies profound exchange between tradition and contemporary art, between Malaysia and Singapore, and between artists and audiences.

AI音乐圆桌会与流行音乐教育论坛 接踵而至
AI Music Roundtable and Popular Music Education Forum: Following in Succession
另外两项正在策划中的活动，则包括AI音乐圆桌会及新马中流行音乐教育论坛，两者皆属于"泉声系列网络研讨会"的重要内容。
AI音乐圆桌会将以人工智能音乐为主题，探讨AI如何影响音乐创作、编曲、演唱、教育、版权、产业发展及未来音乐人才培养。拟出席嘉宾包括许天化博士（Dr. Pierre Ong)等海内外资深音乐人。
另一项活动则是新马中流行音乐教育论坛，同样属于"泉声系列网络研讨会"的重点项目，主打新加坡、马来西亚与中国流行音乐教育经验互通，以及歌唱教学方法升级。有关论坛将邀请来自不同地区的音乐教育工作者与业界代表参与。
流行音乐不只是娱乐产业，也是一种青年文化、语言表达、创意教育与跨地域交流方式。马来西亚、新加坡与中国在华语流行音乐方面各有特色，若能通过论坛促进教学交流、师资互动及课程方法分享，将有助提升本区域流行音乐教育的专业水平。
许多年轻人对音乐、歌唱、创作与表演充满热情，但若要把兴趣转化为能力，把能力转化为职业发展，就需要更完整的教育体系、专业指导及产业视野。
Two additional activities are currently being planned: the AI Music Roundtable Forum and the Malaysia-Singapore-China Popular Music Education Forum. Both are key components of the "Voices of Spring" initiative.
The AI Music Roundtable will focus on artificial intelligence in music, exploring how AI influences music creation, arrangement, vocal performance, education, copyright, industry development, and the cultivation of future music talent. Distinguished guests from around the world are expected to participate.
The Malaysia-Singapore-China Popular Music Education Forum, also a flagship project of the "Voices of Spring," will feature the exchange of popular music education experiences among Singapore, Malaysia, and China, as well as advancements in vocal teaching methods. The forum will invite music educators and industry representatives from various regions.
Popular music is not merely an entertainment industry; it is a form of youth culture, language expression, creative education, and cross-border exchange. Malaysia, Singapore, and China each have unique characteristics in Chinese popular music. Through forum discussions promoting educational exchange, faculty interaction, and curriculum method sharing, the professional level of popular music education in the region will be significantly enhanced.
Many young people are passionate about music, singing, composition, and performance, yet to transform interest into capability and capability into career development, they need a more comprehensive education system, professional guidance, and industry perspective.
