The world first came to know He Jiaolong in 2020, through a viral short video. Against the snow-covered Zhaosu Grassland, she donned a bright red cloak and galloped on horseback—her heroic figure like a flame in the cold winter, not only igniting global fascination with Xinjiang but also showcasing the vivid demeanor of a Communist Party member rooted in the grassroots. At that time, as Deputy County Mayor of Zhaosu County, this "daughter of the Party" took the initiative to shoulder the heavy responsibility of poverty alleviation through agricultural and cultural tourism promotion. Starting as a novice in live streaming, she spent her spare time outside 8-hour workdays leading her team to set up live broadcast studios in fields and villages. Behind the screen that connected Xinjiang’s specialties to the world was her unwavering faith: "The Party teaches us to serve the people wholeheartedly, and every effort I make is to fulfill this promise." Faced with doubts about "using internet fame for personal gain," she responded with actions—donating all live broadcast rewards to public welfare and proving that "flow is for the public, influence serves the people."
